Wigan &amp; Orrell Archers is a well established Target Archery Club, originally founded in 1987 as Orrell Archers.  After shooting at various locations throughout Wigan, we are currently based at Wigan RUFC and Brunswick bowling club Hindley Green during the summer, with Standish Community High School serving as the shooting venue during the winter.

Our members consist of archers of all ranges and abilities &#8211; so don&#8217;t worry about feeling left out.
We are a friendly and welcoming club that will always try to help anyone in the sport.  Help is always on hand from our qualified coaches and from our current members.
Wigan &amp; Orrell Archers has had many achievements and successes, including: 
&#8211; Junior and Senior Lancashire Squad Members 
&#8211; Hosting Lancashire Archery Association and Northern Counties Shoots
We are currently planning to reintroduce regular club competitions bases on individual archers handicap scores presenting a &#8216;level playing field&#8217; and therefore giving archers of all abilities an equal chance of success
